Why Don’t the Liberals Do Something About the Bird Flu?

Bird Flu Could Spread to Dairy Farms Across the US

As the avian flu outbreak spreads across the United States, infecting cattle and poultry alike, it's clear that the liberal response to this crisis has been woefully inadequate.

Despite warnings from experts like Dr. Krutika Kuppalli, who said, "I think the window is closing on our ability to contain the outbreak," the Biden administration has failed to take decisive action to address this growing threat.

"We're so quick to blame China for what happened with SARS-CoV-2, but we're not doing any better right now," Dr. Kuppalli added, highlighting the hypocrisy of the liberal response to this crisis.

The fact remains that the virus is spreading rapidly, and the consequences could be catastrophic. As Dr. Maria Van Kerkhove noted, "We need to understand the extent of the circulation in dairy cattle in the U.S., which we don’t."

The truth is that "a hell of a lot more needs to be done," as Dr. Van Kerkhove so aptly put it. We need to take immediate action to contain the outbreak, including vaccinating cattle and implementing strict biosecurity measures on dairy farms.

And it's not just the cattle industry that's at risk – the poultry industry is also on the brink of disaster. As Tom Peacock said, "If this continues at this level, the dairy industry is going to sink the poultry industry."
