Trump Campaign Unloads On VP Pick Tim Walz As A “Dangerous Extremist”

In response to Democratic Presidential candidate Kamala Harris selecting Minnesota Governor Tim Walz as her running mate, the Trump campaign launched a scathing attack labeling him a "dangerously liberal extremist." They warned that both Harris and Walz share a radical ideology that poses a threat to traditional American values.

Karoline Leavitt, the Trump campaign's national press secretary, stated, "It's no surprise that San Francisco Liberal Kamala Harris wants West Coast wannabe Tim Walz as her running-mate—Walz has spent his governorship trying to remake Minnesota into the image of the Golden State.” She went further, saying, "When the cameras aren't rolling, [Governor Walz] thinks rural America consists mainly of cattle grazing fields and rock formations.”

Leavitt highlighted several examples showcasing Walz's extreme left-wing stance:

  • Proposing a carbon-neutral plan,

  • Advocating strict emissions controls on gasoline vehicles,

  • Allowing ex-felons voting privileges,

This echoes the sentiment shared earlier, where she declared, "Just like Kamala Harris, Tim Walz is indeed a dangerous liberal extremist; together, they're peddling a toxic brand of politics that represents every American's worst fears!"
