Forcing Pronouns?
There’s a concern that the government may be butting in where their input is not needed (or wanted). Now, they want to tell employers that certain pronouns HAVE to be used.
Essentially, if an employee identifies as a different gender and specifies a pronoun, the employer would have to comply – or face a lawsuit.
