The US continues to give money to Ukraine without any checks or balances in place. They seem to think they can spend the money on whatever they desire. It’s clear they’re not using it for the war.
Now, it seems that another Ukrainian government official has stolen US funds. This time, it’s Ukraine Agriculture Minister Oleksandr Solskyi. He’s been caught skimming.
